Dr. Rajendra Gode Institute of Technology & Research (D.R.G.I.T & R), Amravati, formerly known as The IBSS College of Engineering, was established in 2008 under the vision of Shri. Yogendraji R. Gode — a philanthropist businessman. Affiliated with Sant Gadgebaba Amravati University, the institute started with 240 seats and expanded to 360 by the 2025-26 academic year, offering UG and PG programs in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence-Data Science, Computer Science and Information Technology, Civil, Mechanical and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering. Situated on a 55-acre campus just 6 km from Sant Gadgebaba Amravati University, the college boasts Wi-Fi connectivity, modern laboratories and experienced faculty, all dedicated to nurturing disciplined, innovative, and skilled engineers committed to serving the nation.
