B.E. First Year -

Government Quota

Centralized admission procedure is carried out by Govt. of Maharashtra for admission to the first year Degree Courses in Engineering and Technology in the recognized courses to all Government, University Departments, Government Aided and unaided colleges in the State of Maharashtra as per rules framed and published by the Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State.

Indian Passport of his father / mother.
Statement of Marks obtained in qualifying or equivalent examination.
School / Institution leaving Certificate from the Principal / Head Master of the Institution last attended.
Statement of Marks obtained at SSC or equivalent examination.
Certificate of passing qualifying or equivalent examination.
Eligibility Certificate from the University of Sant Gadge Baba Amravati University, Amravati.
Certificate issued by Indian Diplomatic Mission or Chancellery or Commission abroad under their seal stating that the father / mother of the applicant is an Indian Resident in that county.

Educational Qualification -

To become eligible for FE admission, a candidate should fulfill following criteria :-

Passed HSC or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Agriculture or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies and obtained at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State), in the above subjects taken together; and the Candidate should have appeared in all the subjects in CET and should obtain non zero score in CET conducted by the Competent Authority; or (ii)Passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 45 % marks (at least 40 % marks, in case of Backward Class categories, Economically Weaker Section and Persons with Disability category candidates belonging to Maharashtra State);

For Diploma Holders

Diploma holders with minimum 50% marks are eligible for admission to 1st year in any branch of engineering.
Besides above the eligibility criteria as per the MHT-CET rule No. 2 brochure published by DTE, MS.
Passed BSc.
